Did Elon Musk and SpaceX already win the billionaire space race? What do you think? Let me know in the comments! SpaceX plans to be the first to launch an all civilian crew into space. But Richard Branson and Jeff Bezos also have big plans for space tourism. Today I break down everything you need to know about SpaceX, Virgin Galactic, and Blue Origin.

  1. Wow, had no idea all 3 were working on space projects. I’m excited for all, but gotta go with Elon. …to the moon …to the mars! 🚀

  2. this is also kinda goofy cuz they have such different objectives, only surface level are they similar i.e space related

  3. 1.5 trillion is not even CLOSE to what the actual value will be wow that is such an absurd number i can’t even lolololol

  4. This is one of the major positives to having the privilege of being alive in this day and age. Nice to have something like this to juxtapose the craziness in today’s society. Go Elon!!!

  5. I think we benefit if SpaceX, Blue Origin, Virgin Galactic, and others like the Gateway Foundation are successful. That being said, I my vote is for Elon because, he’s got the biggest dreams.

  6. Thank you for uploading. I had the chance to witness a rocket launch in 2018. Memorable experience. I shared a pretty fun video of the trip to my page.

  7. What do you think about Virgin Galactic? Would you invest into Spce? I’ve invested into Spce but I am little worried. I don’t see SpaceX as direct competitor because they focus on Mars Colonization and advantage against Blue Origin is safety. What’s your thoughts?

    Keep it up. Great job.

  8. Bruh. Branson isn’t even in the same conversation wealth wise. No doubt the guy is a billionaire but Musk and Bezos are on a whole different level.

They can afford to loose Bransons entire wealth – approx’ $7b (and actually do on a regular basis based on the share price of Tesla and Amazon) without loosing a seconds sleep.

Nice video though and personally I think Elon isn’t really interested in the same things Bezos and Branson are as a whole.

  9. Space x for me Elon is a legend but do not right off blue origin Jeff is a man on a mission virgin galactic Richard Branson in 3rd place that’s my opinion off for an 🍎 great video 👍🏼

  10. Elon is looking like the guy to make the fastest progress, only China and Russia may challenge him as they probably don’t value human life as much and take more risks where musk as to be a lot safer so more testing time is needed

  11. Makes you wonder if they see it as a viable business or if it’s just the most exciting project for them to work on

  12. What about space flights replacing commercial flights? I understand you can travel across the planet from one side to the other within a hour or so. That’s where I see the future of companies like Virgin in 20 years or so.

  13. Virgin Orbit is more of a competitor to SpaceX than Richard Branson’s joy rides of Virgin Galactic. Blue Origin’s New Glenn will directly compete with SpaceX’s Falcon 9. SpaceX is ahead in all areas except the NASA moon lander competition. The Jeff Bezo company Blue Origin National Team will probably get the contract for the moon lander. In the longer term, SpaceX’s Starship has potential to utterly dominate the space launch industry for many years to come.

  14. Good video. I have a friend gung ho about Virgin. I think they will flop. Blue Origin seems to be pretty quiet. I think Space-x will dominate this space, pun intended.

  15. As with all things, the winner will be the person that can turn a profit with a Space company. Starlink sounds very promising. I think they’ll be a lot of winners in the Space race if they find a way to colonize other planets and find useful resources that can be had off the earth. So at some point we could acquire resources from other planets, while preserving the atmosphere on earth for habitation.

  16. I’m here, Dave. I was watching my newest episode on the Kennedy Space Center so this episode of yours was timely. I’m thinking Virgin Galactic will be the odd man out as they’ve put their focus on the Spaceport in New Mexico which virtually no one will want to travel to; and the fact that Branson’s technology is rooted in 1970.

  17. I am dying ☠️😵🏴‍☠️ To buy spaceX shares. Which platform did you use ? 🤨⁉️I tried sharespost, MicroVentures and non have them. Tks and love the vid!

  18. I did a presentation on SpaceX during my final year of undergrad a few years back – the class mostly doubted that they’d be able to get to Mars. But I’m still on the hype train!

  19. Wish I could comment on this from space but guess doing it from Earth will have to do. For the algorithm and beyond! 🚀 Thanks Dave!

  20. Where’s the LIKE SQUAD!? This video dropped to #6 of my last 10!? Watch again *all the way through* people!! please? thanks! haha

  21. SpaceX will most likely be the most successful in the space race but blue origin looks like they will reach the moon first

  22. Thanks for the video really excited about that. You guys are the real deal I tell all my friends about you. Peace UK 🇬🇧

  23. Love the company. Love the coverage. Thanks for the breakdown!

I may never be able to buy into SpaceX, but gosh darn it am I excited to some day buy into Starlink whenever they IPO. Close enough!

May the best space racer win. (though I’m reasonably certain it’s already SpaceX)
