Hollie Doyle Amtiyaz Royal Ascot

Adrian Wall knows how to spot a big priced winner and is back with four tasty selections for Tuesday’s racing action. The four horses could return a nice amount for a £0.50p each-way unit stake on a Lucky 15. However, four places is the aim and would be a lovely return and be sure to check the bookmaker’s maximum payout rules if needed to adjust stakes.

Just a note, always bet only what you can afford to lose and always bet responsibly. Thank you.

1.00 Lingfield

Christian Howarth is in terrific form and is excellent value for his 7lb claim so that gives the selection Creationist a chance. The topweight was only beaten a couple of lengths in higher grade here in December. Effectively 11lb lower now dropping in class, if he could reproduce that effort he would be a major player in this.

2.40 Down Royal

Ujumpthelastuwin landed a hefty punt over hurdles at Wexford in March 2020 before embarking on a chasing career. He has solid form in the book over larger obstacles, fourth to Easywork at Navan, and was eighth of 20 in a valuable handicap at Leopardstown in February of last year. A reproduction of his best would give him a good chance.

3.40 Down Royal

Getting no younger now at the ripe age of 11, Agent Boru has to leave some timid efforts well behind him from last year. However, he is only 1lb higher than when successful at Ballinrobe on heavy ground last May so the handicapper has given him a chance.

8.00 Southwell

Show Me A Sunset won a handicap over this track and trip from a rating of 70 in December and only found one too good stepped up in class over the same course and distance at the end of that month. He never got involved at Wolverhampton but Hollie Doyle takes over in the plate and a return to this track will suit.
