Solskjaer Moves Clear In Premier League Sack Race

Sokskjaer – Next Manager To Leave Post

The chances of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer being the next Premier League manager to leave his post are being gambled heavily following Manchester United’s humiliating defeat at home to Liverpool.

The 5-0 victory for Jurgen Klopp’s men means the Red Devils have picked up just one point from their last twelve available, with pressure growing on Solskjaer to stop the slide down the table as United now sit just one point clear of the bottom half.

Solskjaer’s chances of being the next Premier League manager out of a job went odds-on at 1/6 from 6/4 following the damning Old Trafford defeat,

…making the Norwegian the clear favourite to be the next managerial casualty of the campaign following Steve Bruce’s exit from Newcastle United.

Daniel Farke is also in peril according to the betting as the 4/1 second favourite as Norwich City prop up the table having picked up just two points from nine matches.

It’s contrasting fortunes for Mikel Arteta, who had been an odds-on shot after Arsenal’s poor start to the season, but he has now been eased out to 20/1 following a Gunners revival.
